We operate with a custom quote system. You add products to your quote cart, submit your contact details, and our team will follow up with pricing and availability.
2. Do you deliver outside of Miami?
No. We only deliver within the Miami area for standard orders. For pallet-based wholesale, you must arrange your own transportation.
3. Do I need to create an account to request a quote?
No account is required. Just add products and submit your details.
4. Can I purchase directly online with a credit card?
No. We do not process online payments. All orders go through a quote and approval process.
Wholesale & Pallet Orders
5. Do you sell products by pallet?
Yes. We have a dedicated wholesale portal for pallet-based orders, ideal for commercial and industrial clients.
6. Where can I access the wholesale section?
You can access our wholesale section through the Wholesale link in the main menu or from the homepage. It redirects to our dedicated subdomain.
7. Do you provide shipping for pallet orders?
No. For pallet orders, customers must handle their own transportation and logistics.

Most local deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on order volume and product availability.
9. Can I pick up my order?
Currently, we do not offer a pickup option. All orders are delivered directly to your location.
