Product prices are not listed online. Customers must request a quote through our catalog. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding purchase. Orders are finalized only after mutual agreement.

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date at all times.

Returns & Warranty – Local B2B (Miami-Dade Delivery)

Products are sold for professional use. Follow product labels and SDS at all times.

• Limited Warranty (Scope): Locally delivered items in Miami-Dade will match the order (item and quantity) and be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Pass-through of any applicable manufacturer warranty. No other warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Inspection & Risk: Buyer must inspect at delivery before signing. Note visible damage/shortage in writing and take photos. Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon signed delivery at Buyer’s location in Miami-Dade.
• Claim Windows (Local): visible damage/shortage within 48 hours; concealed manufacturer defect within 5 calendar days (photos + lot/batch; keep packaging for inspection).
• Returns (Local): All sales are final. Returns are not accepted once shipped/delivered, except where required by law or when we issue a written RMA for our error or a verifiable manufacturer defect. Authorized returns must be unopened and in original packaging. For non-error returns, Buyer covers pickup/return costs; a restocking fee up to 20% may apply. No returns of opened chemical/cleaning products.

Returns & Claims – US Domestic (Outside Miami-Dade; Customer-Arranged Freight)

• Freight & Risk: For deliveries outside Miami-Dade, Buyer arranges freight and insurance. Risk of loss transfers at carrier pickup (or at handoff to Buyer’s freight forwarder in Miami-Dade).
• Transit Issues: Damage/shortage in transit must be claimed with Buyer’s carrier. We will assist with documentation when notified on time.
• Manufacturer Defects After Delivery: notify us within 5 calendar days with photos and lot/batch numbers. Cross-state returns require a written RMA; unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Remedy (Our Discretion): replacement on the next shipment or a credit for the affected items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return freight is not covered unless the issue is solely our error and pre-authorized in writing.
• No returns of opened chemical/cleaning products.
